Mixed-SKU Weighted Packaging Rate Calculator
Estimate blended good-unit throughput across a planned mix of SKUs using each SKU's net run time as its weight. Formula: blended rate = sum(SKU good rate × SKU run minutes) / total net run minutes; projected units = blended rate × total net run minutes. Enter the same good package-unit basis for every SKU, and exclude changeovers, breaks, and other non-production time. Rates should already reflect ordinary operating losses; do not apply OEE again.
